hello everybody,
i have just completed the purchase of a new built flat..it comes with cheap laminate flooring in most areas.
i really dont like it and would like to either replace it and/or cover it with something else.
the obvious option for me would be replacing it or covering it with engineered wood flooring ..problem is the cost/mess of removing skirting boards and frontals(is that the right name?) of door frames.(apart from cost of new flooring itself)
i thought i could paint/lacquer the laminate flooring (is it feasible?) and/or cover it with a resin flooring..(again..is it feasible?)
has anybody any experience and/or any other suggestions?
thanks for your help
nick
