Looking to see how much it would be for somebody to lay laminate flooring. The room size is 30ft by 15ft just wondering what the going rate is for a job like this

How many radiator pipes popping through the floor?
How about architraves? Are you happy with quadrant pinned around them, or do you want the flooring let in under them?

Is it quality you're after, or a cheap job?
