Hi everyone long time since ive posted hope everyones fine quick question my father inlaw has bought a house and is gonna rent it out to his daughter, its a buy to let morgage, the rent will cover the morgage payments. Its the first time he has done this and he is stressing about things coz its all gone through now, He read something about landlord tax going up, im not sure what hes on about so what and where does he stand on tax issues cheers for any replies.
