Hi,

I took off some large uPVC trims which revealed some pretty large gaps between the frame and the wall, has also revealed some bits where I can see outside/where mortar bedding has fallen away from bricks. Looking for advice on next steps. Current plan is:

- push some new mortar between bricks where there's holes/missing mortar - should this be lime? can I get something pre-mixed for these small sections?
- expanding foam around the frame
- cut back foam
- bonding coat
- easyfill up to where new trims will be
- add new trims with silicon
- caulk around new trims/wall

Appreciate any help!

Ready mixed lime mortar can be bought for outside.
Id fill that gap around window with wood or you could use kingspan and push in tight.
Stick plasterboard over.
