OK this may sound a little daft but me and the other half are in a bit of a dilema over what size tiles to use in the bathrom.

Our bathroom is approx. 2.5m x 2m.

We are hearing different views on how larger tiles will make the bathroom look bigger. Smaller tiles (i.e. 15x15cm) will look too much. :?:

Any profesional advice out there would be greatly appreciated before I go out and buy.

bigger tiles make a room look smaller visa versa also going upto the ceiling depending which tiles you use can make it feel smaller still.

mine are 200 X 150 widthways and my bathroom is 2M square 2.4 high

i did see a friends bathroom much about the same size in really big tiles

it looked fabulous...faster to tile and to get the tiles faired up imho...

if i wasnt matching the 8" x 6" existing i would go for the larger models..

ps they had the floor tiles in big tiles as well...

more geometric look...and lots of chrome and white suite

Why not buy a few tiles in different sizes, use double side tape fix to the wall, step back & have a look.

If you get the tiles from b&q, homebase or similar you will have no problem getting a refund. If you go to Topps Tiles you can also buy samples & have a refund without any problem. I must have bought about 20 different tiles before the forewoman & I could agree on what colour, what size.
