Folks,
I have a latex screed that's cracked like crazy paving, completely perished and I can see it's been layed on a liquid dpm and rough looking concrete base. The screed looks around 3 - 4 mm thick.
Firstly am I right in thinking it's cracked because its not thick enough or damps got to it??
I need to remove the screed, apply another liquid dpm and re-screed it. My questions are:
1). Whats the strongest waterproof screed I should use in a basement environment?
2). What prep work would you advise, digging the concrete base up is not an option.
Thanks,
A
