I have an old house with lath and plaster ceilings and walls. Many of the ceilings have cracks and in some cases the plaster has 'bossed' separated from the lath. Having looked at some of the YouTube videos many suggest fixing the plaster back up to the laths by first injecting a bonding agent (like Larsens Plaster Weld Bonding Agent). and then using Plaster Washers and screws secure it back to the laths & joists/rafters. The Larsens or equivalent product is very expensive, would PVA or similar be as effective and would be significantly cheaper? Thanks for any help. Terry
