Law stinks

This is why the police are an a**e, not the law.

Not quite, they are providing "a service" and in this case, the guy who's place was being burgled called them.

The Police would have received complaints from both sides and referred all of it to the Crown Prosecution Service who have in this case, decided there was a case to lay before the common people, i.e. a jury, for them to decide.

The decision of the "people" was to acquit. therefore in theory, the two idiot parasites should not now be able to make any claim against the guy defending his property.

The law at times seems inappropriate, whilst defending and prosecuting those arses whose actions are definitely inappropriate.

You're a bit behind the times. He was acquitted by the jury.

And so he should have been. He should never have been arrested: he's not going to run away anyway, is he?

I realise that they have to make sure of exactly what happened and whether 'excessive force' was used, but having established all of that, it seems that the thieves were fined only £75 each. The courts don't seem to realise that in issuing such laughable 'sentences' they are, in fact, encouraging crime.
