Hi

The rooms in our house have laminate flooring and we want to get them carpeted.

It looks like it has been laid 'properly' ie the skirting has been put on after the laminate for a tidy finish. Does this pose any problems with moving to carpet? ie am I supposed to take the skirting off and lower it to floor level before carpeting or can i run the carpet under the skirting? Would that look strange?

Id like to avoid dropping the skirting.

Thanks.
