I want to lay vinyl tiles on the plywood floor of my workshop but am undecided on how to prepare the surface.
The floor is screwed down so some of the heads need filing plus there are some gaps between the sheets of plywood so will a normal wood filler do or should I use something like Ardex feather finish. Problem is the Arden comes in large bags and I already have some wood filler on the shelf.
Once that is sorted do I need to prime the surface before applying the adhesive. If so will diluted PVA do or again do I need to buy a specialist product?
