I have a semi-detached bungalow with 3.7m existing extension @havering council.
I have applied for 2m single storied REAR Proper Brick wall extension couple of years ago and it was approved.
But now I want to build a conservatory Instead with the same depth.
Because I already have permission approved to extend further 2m , can I build conservatory without applying for PP , will Lawfulness certificate application a viable option ?
