Lead flashing question

We have just had our hallway extended and I was wondering if someone could let me know if the lead flashing has been done correctly.

Not being a builder or roofer I have no idea how this should have been done. Any advice as to what to ask the builder to do to rectify this before they remove the scaffolding

My oppo is quite partial to giving the lead a good thumping - until I showed him what it looks like when the light hits it a certain way. Less is more.:)
And it helps to start with a roll that hasn't been dropped on its end.
