lead repair in garden?

i have a leak in the lead supply in the garden,can i use lead loc couplings
and also do they come complete with everything to do the job.also are they suitable for plastic pipe as i thought they were for lead to copper?

They are lead to copper...time to think of a less poisonous mains pipe especially if your water is soft.

You can obtain a fitting made by polly york to fit lead to copper or plastic with the correct adaptors, try phoning your local plumbers merchant to see if they stock them, if they do cut out a section of lead & take down to them for a match from lead to plastic.
