A mate has the llittle diamonds, about 125mm a side, with one or two broken panes. I would have thought that if the lead ("camming" I think it's called) were warmed up with a hairdryer or similar it would fold back enough for the glass to be picked out.

Anyone know? What about sealing it?

Isn't that for the stick-on stuff? This is a real proper original leaded light window - ie dozens of diamond shaped panes! Originally they're all soldered together...

yes its stick on stuff

isnt it solderd together with low melt solder!!!!!

if its old lead [which it obviously is  ]it may crack when you try and bend it back
may be better to unsolder/ cut on the joins but i am no expert on "real "leaded lights
