Leak above window

Hi,

During the rain and wind at the weekend, water began leaking through the top reveal of an upstairs window, see pic. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Faulty/blocked gutter joint that is leaking or overflowing and running back onto the facia/wall.

Also check silicone around window (externally)

Broken tile half way up.

New capping board fitted recently? tiles not got enough oversail into gutters...can see daylight between fascia and gutter=eave trays.
