I only noticed this because when it rains at night the water hitting the window cill keeps me awake

See video

The cardboard piece was just an attempt at deviating that water

You can see that the top edge of the window is higher than the lowest surface of the fascia
There seems to be water dripping from above the window

I’ve checked if the felt leads directly into the gutter and it looks like it does

What other things should I check

Eaves membrane should not project like that. Fit plastic eaves trays

How about sticking a bit of soft foam on the window cill where the drips fall, just saying.

To stop water running down the eaves like that
the water that runs over the tiles and between the tiles and the membrane ends up in the gutter already; why do you think the trays would make a difference, can you elaborate?

Clearly it does not!

You've got a relatively new roof tile and membrane there, so eaves tray should have been fitted.

That membrane is flapping about and a source of ingress for driven rain.

Yes check up the roof for broken tiles but the fact is that that membrane should still be water tight even if rain beaches the tiles. So even if a broken tile is fixed, you still have a problem.

Should the tray go above the membrane or below?

Is it possible to remove the last row of tiles without damage?
