Got a customer with a Eurocombi. PRV is 6 months old. She says it's losing pressure now though pressure has never gone above 1.5.
She says it looks damp under the outlet so it seems to have started leaking by itself.
I've never known one do that. Anyone else?

Faulty prv or dirt under seat, unless she hasn't noticed pressure going up and falling before she's spotted it, in which case most likely EV probs.

Yes we know they get dirt under the seat IF THEY OPEN  , what I'm asking is if anyone's seen one start passing without that happening.

Not on boilers, but I had a problem with a new Expansion Relief Valve on a UV combination valve, it leaked at 3 bar instead of 8. I got a new one, tested it and fitted it, damn thing leaked. Tested the old one and that worked fine, so I put it back on and it worked ok. I have no idea why I had the problem, but it exists.
