Mark where the leak is, then on the roof take off the cover capping and see if you can see the leak path - it could come from some distance away.
These are generally drained, so water getting in should get out at the bottom of the hips and rafters, so look for a leak point, that follows a route inside. Sometimes you can see staining which indicates the leak.
