Leak

I live in a second floor new build flat my subfloor needs to be replaced due to a leak under my bath and sink I looked under the sub floor and I saw some it feels like soft soil does anyone know what this is?

looking at the last couple of pictures, it seems to be a large blob of expanding foam and various messy insulations.......cosywrap, maybe.

Hard to tell exactly from the photos, but appears to be plywood laid on top of screed.

The brown soil looking thing under the plywood is mould
