I've got an Aqualisa Aquatiqe with the victorian shower fittings and it's constantly dripping from the shower head and the back of the valve. Tried to turn it off tight but still dripping. How do I take it apart to fit a new washer?

sounds like your thermostatic cartrige is letting by.

Any dripping from an Aqualisa shower normally means a new cartridge. Sounds like yours is letting by to the shower side and also leaking from the on/off control shaft. £90's worth of cartridge I'm afraid. 
Make sure you get the right one though as they are colour coded depending on type of system you have.
