leaking bath overflow

hey! my bath overflow leaks too? my dad had a look and said the toilet overflow was plumbed into the bath?? (what does he know?) I called my landlord three times to come over but if its not life threatening they dont want to know!! Did you find anything out? Mine is pumping out half a bath of water a day (not good for the water bills!)

Plumbing the WC overflow into the bath was an old council trick with blocks of flats.


I would doubt the WMC is connected either.
