leaking bath

[useless at this]

whenever we use our shower (in our bath) we end up with water leaking through the ceiling below onto our stairs. We have put more sealant round the bath so this may work - but do you think its caused damage we can't see - there looks to be watermarks on our ceiling and the plasterwork is cracking!?
i don't whether to get someone out to look at it - or even who i would get out.
