Abacus Easy-Plan wall hung cistern is leaking and has been for some time. All boxed in with plywood, tiles were all cracked so now removed. Plywood box and flooring wet and covered in mildew.

I can’t see how to remove the toilet bowl, it is very loose but can’t see how to remove it, no holes on the sides as I have seen on other systems.

I would be grateful for any information on how to remove the bowl in order to rectify the installation and re-tile.

Thank you!

As far as I know the easi plan is the cistern and frame only so the pan could be anybodies. Gonna need a side on photo of the pan.

Holes underneath? Or on top hidden by the seat fixings?
Multiple pictures and/or any brand name on the porcelain could well help the Pros to advise.

Google will find you YouTube videos of how to install wall-hungs with hidden fixings - you made need specific 'tools' to properly loosen off and disconnect though? The ones I saw seem to 'click' or cam into place so will likely pull off if correctly loosened? I don't know I've never fitted or maintained such a toilet.

https://pro.villeroy-boch.com/en/gb/bathroom-and-wellness/products/all-innovations/suprafix-30.html is another system.

Maybe you'll need to remove the cistern and flush pipe to access the fixing bolts that way? It's possible the flush nuts/washers/ donuts are the source of the leak.

I’ve taken some photos, hopefully it will shed some light on how to remove the bowl?…
