Folks,
Last winter we had water running down a bedroom wall where the chimney is. Chimney has a liner with log burner attached. In the loft there is a damp patch on the rafters where the chimney is located (flashing is behind the horizontal board). We’ve had people out to look at it who have said everything from replace the flashing/back gutter to knock it down. Any ideas from the pics would be appreciated! We had the flashing done a couple of years back.
