leaking conservatory..HELP

As it is pooring today, our conservatory is leaking everywhere. It is a wooden conservatory and we tried closing any gaps (we had 2)we knew about over summer period, but now, it is all over the place. Is there any spray that we could spray all over the place temporarily or do we have to get a plastic and cover the entire roof. Please help!

The wood moves and glass is rigid but the rubber seals should cope. What has gone wrong with yours? Preferably replace them or more messily use plumbers mait. It worked great on old leaky guttering! Silicon rubber is great, as transparent, but once it loses adhesion, due to movement, a hairline crack leaks.
