Leaking cylinder

I have a 120L indirect hot water cylinder with a slow leak. The leak comes from underneath at the front edge where I can feel some rust.
Is there a sealant that I can pour into the cylinder or will I need to replace it?

It is rarely effective to repair a cylinder. If you have one hole then you will soon have another. Water these days is aggressive. Change the cylinder before it really leaks. It could be a badly fitted connector or immersion but that would have shown up soon after installation.
