Leaking Franke Olympus mixer tap

I have a leaking tap - from the place where the spout joins the body. Only leaks when the hot or cold lever is operated, not when turned off.
Any ideas on what I might need to replace? I can see the grub screw - can I remove spout without turning off water? Any suggestions most welcome. Thank you
