Hi,

I previously posted about not being able to get ceramic valves off my tap to change, but finally managed to.

I was told previously on here to buy a new one but I’m going to win this fight and not give in.;)

I’ve attached a picture of the neck of the tap and the screw cap. I’m going to change the o ring. A YouTube video said pull it out with force another poster said : don’t.

not sure what to do now. I tried it and it seems overly wobbly.

does anyone recognise this tap ? (there is no brand I can find). What should I do to change the o rings and put it back in properly?

thanks.

If you had to pay a plumber then going new is the best way. If you have time then I'm sure you will win.
