hi can you help me i had new balllcock asembly fitted person didnt add washers to plastic washers so got a drip and water level is over overflow iv screwed up ball but its still above the level can you tell me what to do lady in distress lol xxxx

in between the the white plastic washers on outside of cold water tank and on inside of xx

so its leaking out the hole where the valve pushs through the tank and connects to copper pipe ?

sorry meant ordinary washers fibre or rubber to the plastic washers

no got leaks going into tank from where white washer is and need to bend valve a wee bit its over overflow!!!!
