I have a very slight leak on a soldered pipe joint. The pipe is part of the central heating circuit. Is there an easy way to repair it, or do I have to drain the sysyem and replace the joint?
Whether you choose to add more solder to the joint or completely renew it you will still have to drain down
Best to sweat it off, clean thoroughly and solder a new joint
