Leaking pipes

My central heating has been losing pressure for a while.

I've narrowed at least some of the loss to slight leaks in soldered joints in the hot water pipes that come out immediatly under the boiler as seen in discolouring/dampness.

Given that i'm going to be selling the house soon is there a DIY remedy to repair the joints ? i.e some kind of sealing compound

I don't really want to go to the bother/expense of trying to get the joints resoldered

I would suggest doing the job properly, i.e. fixing joints correctly, if you intend to sell your house, even if you stay in fact. Quick fixes tend to be just that, a temporary solution to a permanent problem.

System leak sealer is worth a try if you really dont want to spend much.
