Leaking Potterton boiler

Hey!

Our Potterton Titanium 24 boiler has got a leak underneath the boiler, looks as though the seam from this part has come loose. Looks as though it's possible to unscrew this bit and replace it, but I'm not sure what the part is called or if it's fine to do it myself.

It’s the condensate trap that is classed as part of the flue ,so should be a gas engineer
