I have a vented indirect hotwater system. On the return pipework from the immersion cylinder I have a honeywell 3 way diverter and a Brauman presure vent. The vent is leaking from the top even when the boiler is not on. Is this a problem with the presure in the system or does the vent just need replacing ?
