Leaking Roof or Velux

Hi - I have a leak in my roof and can't figure out where it's coming from. It's right next to a velux window which I suppose is the biggest clue. I have tried putting roofing mastic to seal up any potentially suspicious roofing tiles, but to no avail.

It's a gentle leak - during some really heavy rain on Thursday, it was enough to leave small drops of water on my finger. Hardly gushing, but enough to be causing damage to the ceiling.

This morning I noticed that a part of the velux's wooden frame is quite wet and must have been for some time as it's turned black.

I've attached a couple of pictures, one showing the wet frame and the other being the location of the leak.

I'd be most grateful for any ideas.
