Leaking System but no leaks???

My sealed system has started to lose approx 2.00 bar in a 10 minute period but I can find no leaks. I have pipework under a suspended floor in the living room which I have no access to and 6ft of pipework under concrete in the kitchen. I'm guessing the leak is under the suspended floor but what is the best way to locate it? Obviously I don't want to rip up the hardwood floor to find the leak is elsewhere?

Any advise much welcome.
