Had a new bathroom fitted but a leak has occurred at the base of the toilet on the left hand side. Any ideas where this leak is coming from and what needs to be done to resolve it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you sure the leak is coming from the bowl? It's much more likely to be coming from higher up. To confirm your suspicions take all the water out of the bowl (big sponge) and see if the leak goes away. If the smell is excessive put cling film over the top of the bowl.
