This machine is approx 18mnths old. We moved house and everything arrived intact! (believe it or not).. Had washer installed in new house and since then pools of water have appeared. All hoses are good and properly seated/attached etc. Turned machine over to see where water coming from and there was no trace or track of water flow. I cannot find a filter to see if that is blocked (doesn't appear to have one) The only thing I have noticed is that the sound of the water filling is louder now (hope that makes sense??) Not sure what to do before we part with big $$ and call out someone.. Please help!
