Hello Board!
On the front bedroom window, there's been a bit of a drip for a while. It's actually coming through the top wooden portion of the window, like its leaking through the frame.
It seems to appear there, leak all down inside the window, through the seal, back outside and down.
Now, i've been having a look at the cause.
It doesn't happen when it rains, paticularly. But i have noticed some condensation in the loft that i've not noticed before.
We have a fibreglass roof feature, i guess it could be called. It's like a little triangular point in the roof line, above the window.
It's dripping with condensation and i'm thinking i need to insulate it.
How best to do that? Can anyone give me tips? Should i spray expanding foam into it? Should i cut pieces of solid expanded foam to fit all the little angles? Should it be touching the fibreglass itself?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
