I had a look @ a friends house & that had the wildest roof design I have ever seen ..... It was flat, & it was concrete, 18" thick concrete (Parapet around the edge) with tar poured on the top ....... Which was fine back in 1890 when it was built .....but in 2007 it was a leakin' ....... Well scraping the 3" thick tar wasn't a issue really simple enough ..... It was drying the masonary so the new pour would stick ...... I have no idea how to do that ..... Other than scaffold the roof, cover it in corigated metal & leave it a couple of years to dry itself ...... Any ideas ?
Either way you look at it ..... Its gonna be tricky
