There's no apparent earth connection, but they haven't included a double insulated connection enclosure.
With LED strips simply stuck on (not straight), and with some dodgy glueing, I'm afraid it appears to be a very cheap import, of dubious quality.
edit - although apparently, not cheap, if the label is to be believed...
