I'm trying to find an LED solution to replace some fluorescent uplights on top of kitchen cabinets. There are various lengths from 1ft to 3ft, and I'm replacing them every other year so thinking on replacing them with LED. I have a high ceiling so they would need a 'flood' effect similar to fluorescents rather than a spot effect.

I'm not familiar with the terminology so struggling to find something suitable, would anyone have any suggestions? I have 240v to the top of all cabinets.

You can get LED tubes but consider that LEDs are no more efficient than fluorescents and cost a lot more to replace when they fail. You will need two LED tubes to replace each florescent to get the same light output.
