Ok confused some peeps here, Ive got a biasi boiler and the lockout lamp as been coming on in the last 2 days. So ive noticed that the pressure is down to 0.2 BAR , so going by the instructions ive tried to fill it up with water as directed by the manual but, for some reson the pressure gauge does not move from 0.2 BAR and has started to come out of the copper pipe thats going outside i think that is the release(valve or overflow)But now the lock out lamp does not come on and the boiler seems ok.Ive tried to tap the gauge but it has not done anything was told it could be stuck..plz help what should i do now??? Had the boiler about 9 months had no probs ...Also 1 thing i have done is move the main 2 copper inlet pipes about 12 days befor the problem was doing DIY They was in the way, could it be trapped air????

If it's only 9 months old call out the installer/manufacturer, cos it sounds like you need a new pressure gauge. Yes it could be trapped air. Somehwere inside there will be an automatic air vent can't remember where - which will have a plastic car valve type cap on top which should be LOOSE all the time to let air out.
If you read the instructions  you'll find a cunning method it goes through to tell you WHY it has locked out. A bit odd first time you see it but it works. Probably related to low water though. The prv shouldn't keep leaking out through the wall, try twisting to make it go clunk - it might reseat itself. If not you must get a new one fitted sharpish.

Which 2 pipes did you move?

Thanks for replying i moved the cold water inlet pipes that come from mains they was in the ways of the worktop had to move them back a few inches

I did read the manual and it says about the cut out is to stop when the water gets to overheating and also about when the pressures down it cuts out also .For overflowing it only happens when iam trying to put more water in to get the presure up.....
