I've sheeted over the existing old oak boards with 3mm plywood and nailed all over the place. I've removed any 'springiness'in the ply but the unevenness of the boards beneath is still showing through. Before I lay vinyl, is there such a thing as a flexible levelling compound that I could spread over the lot? Thanks

Pretty sure Ardex Arditex NA goes over plywood. The question is why would you want to cover the oak floorboards in the first place

Should have used 6mm or 9mm plywood. I’d overlay that 3mm with 6mm.
Fibre screeds]ing compounds would need min 6mm underneath them.
