LG Dishwasher

Please can anyone help.
I have just bought a new LG dishwasher. It is all connected and all seems to be ok except it keeps showing an error message that translates to the drain hose is kinked, the filter is clogged.
Neither is the case.
We have tried to drain the machine manually and it pumps to the sink but it will not even start a programme.
The shop we bought it from is shut as is customer service and i am disappointed. Any ideas please!!

SRL, Just found your faut from 12 Dec. Have the same probem on LG model LD-12BS6. OE faut code means filter blocked or hose twisted. Neither is true. How did you fix your fault ? have you seen the safety recall for these models ; fire risk !

I also have a dishwasher which is displaying the OE fault code but is not filling with water, has anyone found the solution to this problem?
