LG - LD12BS6 Problem

Hi, My LG Dishwasher has suddenly Developed an \\\"OE\\\" Error code, whenever i attemp to run a cycle. The Manual states Filters Blocked or Hose Kinked. Neither of these are true. Ive noticed a couple of posts here, with the same problem - but no ultimate resolution. Any Ideas?? Just washed the dishes in the sink - it sux

I just had a brand new LG dishwasher installed 2 days ago. the plumber has been back twice and I have a call into him again. The OE code keeps coming on, but the line does not appear to be twisted or blocked. Any help??? Thanks.
