LG Washing Machine fails to heat

Can anyone please direct me to the correct element as I just can't seem to find the right one that fits a 1700W machine as they are usually 1600W.

I would be very grateful as it seems like rocket science.

Thankyou.
the 1700w is the maximum consumption so the element has to be less otherwise the water pump and motor would exceed 1700w iff all working at the same time

The part number for the element is written on your old one, bottom right. AEG33121513.
If you search LG AEG33121513 Heating element you will find one for about a tenner. yeoldespareshoppe on ebay.
Strangely all my trade websites show the other one for your model.

Thanks, that's very helpful and incredibly cheap on Ebay. It has a missing part that my old one has (hence hole) so I just hope that isn't the part that failed, otherwise I shall use it.
