LG washing machine noisy

Hi everyone
We have an LG washing machine model F4V309WNE just over a year old, it’s been noisy for a few months, but with everything else in life, didn’t get round to ringing up until last week…. 2 weeks out of warranty…sods law
I’ve taken a video but can only upload photos, the noise is when it’s spinning, it’s loud you can’t stand next to it for very long, like a fast thumping sound I’ve checked the level, the drum bearings are fine tried it on an a cycle empty and it was quiet, the dampers seem ok
Anyone had this issue or any clue to what it may be?

Possibly damper failure , does not matter about warranty should still be fit for purpose .

tub weights are lose you may have left them to long to tighten them

Thanks for the replies, we’re going to see if they will fix it under warranty, from our paperwork looks like there should be an extended 5 year warranty so we will see what happens
