Hi,
Whenever we put on a 60 degree wash the cycle starts but on the wash cycle the time keeps going down and then back up again before it gets to the rinse. We think it only happens on a 60 degree wash whereas normal 30 degree seems to be ok.
My theory is that it will be a broken thermister and so the washing machine will keep extending the washing time as it thinks it hasn't reached the right temperature.
My wife says the clothes come out steaming hot, far hotter than she would expect them to be.
Any ideas on this would be appreciated! No error code so nothing else to go on.
Thanks
Graham
Ps, I work in IT so have a technical mind but loathe anything to do with water...
