Hi I have had ceramic floor tiles on my conservatory floor for 12 years, the floor was asphalt originally. I would now like to lift these tiles and replace them with a wood floor. My question is are they likely to come up easily and am I likely to damage the asphalt in doing so.

thanks

Sorry but I do like this one & it hasn't been used for a while

It depends on many variables; the type & quality of the adhesive, how the tiles were laid, the type, thickness & quality of the asphalt & how that was laid. It’s impossible to say, the only way you’re going to know is to try it & see!

Why not lay the wood floor over the tiles
