light bulb keep flicking

Install new fan, use the new twisted light bulb, notice that the light keep flicking, even on the old fan, i replace few light bulb but its the same.... any help would be appreciated

Is that flick when the lamp is ON or OFF ?

Low energy lamps can flash when the switch is OFF due to the current they get from the capacitive coupling from Live to Switched Live in the wiring to the switch.
